the 3I Sky Arrow design was purchased by Magnaghi Aeronautica, Naples, Italy. The Sky Arrow has been manufactured and marketed since 2012 by the new Italian owner
Magnaghi Aeronautica. Today, the Sky Arrow is a fully certified airplane under JAR/VLA rules. The LSA version is S-LSA approved in the USA; there is another FAR 23
