On 29 July 2014, Airbus A320-214 s/n 3995 flew first with Airbus test-registration F-WWDG.
On 18 August 2014, the Airbus A320-214 was delivered as D-ABDX to Air Berlin at Berlin Schönefeld (SXF).
On 22 May 2005, the Airbus was leased to Vueling Airlines as EC-LRN. On 3 March 2017, the aircraft was
restored as D-ABDX with Air Berlin. On 19 October 2017, due to the financial problems of Air Berlin,
the Airbus A320-214 D-ABDX was impounded at Keflavik in Iceland as a deposit for unpaid airport charges.
On 1 November 2017, the aircraft was stored at Berlin Schönefeld awaiting the settlement of the bankruptcy
of Air Berlin. Eventually took Easyjet Europe twenty-five Airbus A.320 and the rights for the services at berlin-Tegel.
In January 2018, Airbus A320-214 D-ABDX was re-regsitered OE-IZT and the aircraft entered service with EasyJet Europe on
17 January 2018. The EasyJet' Airbus A320-214 OE-IZT was seen in service at Berlin Tegel "Otto Lilienthal" Airport (TXL / EDDT) on 24 April 2018. |
