Onur Air was founded on 14 May 1992 and started their flying operations
started with the Airbus A320. In 2005, Onur operated a fleet of 24 airliners
including the Airbus A.300, A.320 and A.321 and the McDonnell Douglas MD-88.
Airbus A.321-231 s/n 787 was built for ILFC and flew first as D-AVZD on 28 January 1999.
The Airbus was leased first by Aero Lloyd and delivered as D-ALAI on 2 February 1998.
After the demise of German charter carrier Aero Lloyd, ILFC leased the aircraft to Onur Air
and the airbus was re-registered TC-OAK in Turkey on 3 February 2004. When photographed at Groningen Airport Eelde in the Netherlands,
Airbus TC-OAK operated Onur Air flight OHY 2264 to Dalaman in Turkey. Airbus TC-OAK
was still in the Trigema logo jet colours it operated for Aero Lloyd.
